Over the last 72 hours, activity in Whatcom County has remained robust with:

51 new listings hitting the market, 53 properties entering pending status, and 45 homes closing. 

In terms of pricing trends, the market has seen just 3 price increases and 26 price reductions in the same  three day timeframe. The higher number of price reductions suggests that sellers are adjusting expectations to stay competitive. Interestingly, the proportion of homes with price drops climbed to roughly 24–25% in recent months
