LOL! I can’t tell you how many times over the years that either myself, or my customers, have discussed either what we “really” thought of a property (or possible strategies we could take in negotiating a purchase and sale offer) while still at the property! With the advent of #homesecuritycameras in the last few years, I ALWAYS remind my party to just assume you are being watched and recorded when walking through homes. Luckily, most of the time listing agents will notify you beforehand if there are any cameras to worry about…whew
