August 2021 NWMLS market snapshot!

Well, as most of you know, the real estate market here in the great Pacific NorthWest is one of the strongest in the nation. Last month’s numbers prove that we are still moving right along at a strong pace as we head in to fall. This video is a great snapshot of the region as a whole, and suggests we are still in a strong “sellers market”. I do see things slowing down as we move into September though. I have noticed an uptick in price reductions, and a little less “multiple offer” situations (depending on price range).
